There is no place like home !

I have to confess ... I absolutely love ruby slippers. I do not know what it is about them but I sometimes wish I had a wardrobe full of red slippers ! The thing is, every time a brand attempts to create a novelty piece on the most famous costume piece from The Wizard of Oz, it never looks right. I have incessantly been searching for a piece that I like and as we approach the 70th anniversary of the film I bump into these beautiful pieces from Tatty Devine.

Tatty Devine is the brainchild of Harriet Vine and Rosie Wolfenden who dedicate their lives to design fun and cute set pieces to win the hearts of every little girl inside a stylish woman. I first came across Tatty Devine while working at Paris and absolutely loved the candy look of their collections. They have 2 shops in London, one in trendy Brick Lane and another in ever-so-cool Soho. Has almost been 10 years since they started the company and they still surprise me with their creative and cute pieces. What I love about these 2 girls is that they are constantly surprising me. And when I think I have seen everything, they make my heart beat faster with a new piece.

They are perfectly designed and conceived and make a bold statement of my love for Dorothy's red shoes. I was greedy so I ordered both ... I cant wait to put my hands on them!!!

Tatty Devine sweet like collection can be found at 236 Brick Lane London E2 7EB.

Lock me in !

For those of you who want to make every moment of your lives a stylish one, this is a must have!

While working in Brazil in June I came across the cutest locks I have ever seen! Someone managed to transform a boring object into a very desirable piece! Fabia Bercsek, a great Brazilian fashion designer and illustrator created these limited edition locks for Brazilian locks company Papaiz.

Considered one of the most talented Brazilian designers Fabia created 2 versions. Well known for her ability to conceive exquisite prints, they come in a cool, colorful Tiger and a girlie Cherry Blossom print (in homage to 100 years of Japanese immigration to Brazil).

They make any trip to the gym changing room stylish and also ensure you will not mistake your suitcase for any ordinary bag on the airport conveyor about.
